AGENDA ITEM 9.4 UPDATE – APPLICATION FOR GRANT AID TOWARD CCTV INSTALLATION AT
THE IROS
1. REPORT
1.1 Members will recall that an application was submitted to the Police and Crime Commissioner
for grant aid toward the installation of CCTV at the IROS.
1.2 The Council has now been notified that the application was unsuccessful, as apparently CCTV
installations alone are not eligible for grant, only if they are part of a wider project and
intervention.
2. RECOMMENDATION
2.1 That the report be noted.
