AGENDA ITEM 9.4 CEC RESPONSE TO FOI REQUEST FOR INFORMATION RE PARKING ENFORCEMENT VISITS TO PICKMERE IN 2021
1. REPORT
1.1 Members will recall that an FOI request was recently sent to CEC asking how many times Cheshire East Council’s Parking Enforcement Team attended Pickmere to enforce TROs / parking restrictions in Pickmere village during 2021 AND how many parking tickets were served on each occasion.
1.2 CEC have responded as follows:
• How many times Cheshire East Council’s Parking Enforcement Team attended Pickmere to enforce TROs/parking restrictions in Pickmere village during 2021? This information is not held we can only advise of visits to Pickmere where a PCN has been issued in this location.
• How many parking tickets were served on each occasion? 55 Penalty Charge Notices were issued between the seasonal parking restriction period in Pickmere Village.

2.1 That members consider the information provided and decide accordingly.
