NOTICE OF ANNUAL PARISH MEETING FOR THE PARISH of PICKMERE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT: The Annual Assembly of the Parish Meeting for Pickmere Parish
Council Area will be held in Pickmere Village Hall on the 6th June 2023 between 6‐ 7.00pm. This is
not a Council meeting but is facilitated by the Parish Council on behalf of the electors of the parish .
Members of the public and press are welcome to attend and speak if they wish.

1 Welcome and introductions
2 Chairman’s Report – the chairman of the council will give a report on the activities of the
council for the period 2022/23
3 Public Forum – members of the public are invited to raise any matters they wish to discuss
