AGENDA ITEM 10.3 PROCUREMENT OF TRAFFIC CONES
1. REPORT
1.1 The possibility of distributing traffic cones in the village for the summer has again been raised.
However, of the 100 cones supplied by CEC in 2020, only 57 were available to collect in at the
end of that summer, and less than 10 were collected at the end of the summer of 2021, the
other 90 or so having disappeared from the streets.
1.2 The Chair will report orally as to the options that have been / are being pursued for the
acquisition of more for use this summer.
2. RECOMMENDATION
2.1 That the report be noted, and members decide accordingly.
