1 Report
1.1 The Parish Council is a member of the following groups and associations:
Cheshire Association of Local Councils (ChALC) and thereby the National Association of
Local Councils (NALC) (Annual subscription £229.68 – paid April 2022)
Cheshire Community Buildings Network (2021 Ann. Sub. £40)
Cheshire Community Action (2021 Ann. Sub. £20)
Campaign to Protect Rural England (2021 Ann. Sub. £36)
1.2 In addition, your Council is responsible for the subscriptions for your Clerk’s membership of:
Society of Local Council Clerks (2021 Ann. Sub. £95)
Association of Local Council Clerks (2020 Ann. Sub. £30)
2 Recommendation
2.1 That the report be noted and authorisation be given for continuing subscription payments to
the above bodies for the ensuing year.
