1.1 The following is a list of the Council’s current Bank Standing Orders and Direct Debits. Members are requested to reconfirm their continuing acceptability.
• Water Plus – water and drainage – Pavilion and Village Hall – direct debits
• British Gas Lite – gas and electricity at Village Hall – direct debits
• British Gas Lite – electricity at Pavilion – direct debit
• 1&1 Internet Ltd – email/web domain subscription – direct debit
• Cheshire East Council – business rates – Pavilion and Village Hall – direct debits
• Clerk (when in post) – monthly salary – Bank standing order
• HMRC – Clerk’s income tax – Bank standing order
• CPRE – Annual subscription – direct debit
• Information Commissioner’s Office – statutory data protection fee – direct debit
• Buxton Accounting – payroll and PAYE services – standing order
• Ash Waste Services – large waste bin at IROS – direct debit
• Smarty – rental of mobile phone Sim – direct debit
• Parish Online – annual subscription for mapping software
2 Recommendation
2.1 That Council notes and re-confirms the Bank standing orders and direct debits scheduled in this report.
