1. REPORT
1.1 At the Extraordinary Council meeting in January 2023, Council agreed not to charge VH hire fees
for this activity, organised by Pickmere Residents’ Association, pending a review of the activity
to be carried out at this meeting. However no information has been provided to assist such a
review.
2. RECOMMENDATION
2.1 That the report be noted.
